Welcome to the release notes for version 26.20!
This version brings the HSN/TSN database for automatic vehicle assignment, MobileDE data and photo viewer, InterCars CSV import, extensive improvements to time tracking and CRM follow-up, and an archive function in the support desk.

HSN/TSN database & autofill
New integrated HSN/TSN database with over 31,000 entries. When the HSN/TSN key number is entered, vehicle data (manufacturer, model, type) is automatically added. Saves time and reduces input errors.

MobileDE: Data & Photo Viewer
Vehicles from MobileDE can now be viewed directly in the system using a data and photo viewer. Additionally, branch assignment for MobileDE listings is supported.

InterCars: CSV Import
In addition to API integration, InterCars article data can now also be imported via CSV file. The markup option enables automatic price adjustment upon import.

Hartje API: Surcharge & Order Acceptance
The Hartje interface has been extended to include a markup option. Items from Hartje can now be directly imported into orders and internal sales orders.

Time tracking: Filters & cleanup
Time tracking has been enhanced with expanded filter options. New cleanup functions help with tidying up and correcting time entries. Additionally, the linking of breaks to time entries has been improved.

CRM Follow-Up: Revised List
The CRM follow-up system now features a streamlined list view with filter options. Completed follow-ups can be managed and archived more easily.

Support Desk: Ticket Archive
Tickets in the support desk can now be archived. Archived tickets are removed from the active list but remain accessible at any time.

New settings area in the support desk with dedicated agent management for assigning and configuring support staff.

Calendar: Mobile signature & creation information in the tooltip
The calendar tooltip now displays the vehicle signature and the "Created on" date of the entry.

Separate revenue groups for differentially taxed items can now be configured for the DATEV interface.

Valid API access data is required to use the InterCars and Hartje interfaces. Configure this in the settings under the respective supplier area.
