CATAMA supports you as a comprehensive billing and accounting solution for targeted customer acquisition and the efficient recording and invoicing of invoices, credit notes, quotes, and the management of your automotive business's customers. The software allows you to easily link vehicles to their corresponding documents, enabling you to clearly post orders, quotes, and expenses to them.

CATAMA offers numerous options for generating documents. Save invoices as neutral cash sales, for example, as customer receipts for sales in your store. Create invoices with and without a fixed customer database, or generate orders without VAT for sales abroad. You can also generate a delivery note for each invoice.

CATAMA provides a clear overview of cash sales in the cash book. You can also keep track of liabilities from deliveries and services, as well as outstanding invoices. Upon request, CATAMA will automatically send payment reminders for overdue invoices.

If your customer wishes to return goods, you can convert an invoice into a credit note with a single click. You can also choose whether the credit note should be paid out or credited to the customer's account.

At the end of the year, CATAMA's inventory mode also offers you the option of generating and printing inventory lists for any given date.

With CATAMA, you can create professional quotes in your own design. You can calculate, print, save as PDFs, or send quotes to your customers directly within CATAMA – all with just a few clicks and without ever leaving the application.

Offers sent to a customer can be confirmed directly by them – with just two mouse clicks – and the order can thus be placed with you.

CATAMA will, of course, inform you immediately when a customer places an order. Afterwards, you can easily convert the quote into an order and, if desired, send an order confirmation to the customer. All directly from within the application.
