We apologize that our CATAMA Cloud Platform did not meet your expectations. Of course you can cancel your CATAMA instance at any time, by the end of the following month. Before you cancel, please be sure to back up your data using our export tools. In accordance with our data protection regulations and the applicable laws of the GDPR, we are obliged to irretrievably delete your data within 30 days.
