As a fully-fledged billing and accounting solution, CATAMA supports you in the targeted acquisition of customers and the efficient entry and invoicing of invoices, credit notes, offers and the administration of the customers of your automotive company. The software enables you to easily link created vehicles with receipts and thus book orders, offers and expenses on them in a clear manner.

CATAMA offers you numerous options when creating documents. Save invoices as neutral cash sales, e.g. as customer receipts for sales in your shop. Create invoices with and without a fixed customer base or generate sales tax-free orders for sales abroad. You can also have a delivery note generated for each invoice.

CATAMA clearly lists sales from cash sales in the cash book. You keep an eye on accounts payable from deliveries and services as well as open items. Upon request, CATAMA will automatically send payment reminders for overdue invoices.

If your customer wants to return his goods, you can convert an invoice into a credit note with a click. You can also choose whether the credit should be paid out or credited to the customer account.

At the end of the year, CATAMA's inventory mode also offers you the option of generating and printing inventory lists for any key date.

With CATAMA you create professional offers in your own design. Recorded offers can be calculated directly in CATAMA, printed out, saved as a PDF or sent to the customer by e-mail. All with a few clicks and without having to leave the application.

Offers sent to a customer can be confirmed by the customer directly – with just two mouse clicks – and the order can be placed with you.

Of course, CATAMA will inform you immediately when the customer places the order. Convert the offer easily into an order afterwards and send an order confirmation to the customer – if desired. All directly from the application.
