How and where is my data stored?

The set-up costs are a one-off charge. We configure the system precisely to your requirements: staff accounts, business details and document templates for invoices and quotations.
Do you handle data migration?
Yes. With our data migration service, we can transfer customer, supplier and product data from your previous system on request.
Can I add additional users at any time?
Yes. Enterprise and Unlimited include an unlimited number of users, and billing is a monthly price per edition. Accounts that are no longer required can be deactivated at any time.

Technical support is available 7 days a week by telephone, remote support and email. Hotline: 0800 848 9999.
What is the difference between CATAMA and CATMA?
CATAMA is 404MEDIA’s automotive software (DMS). CATMA is an independent text annotation tool and has nothing to do with the CATAMA automotive software.
Which countries is CATAMA suitable for?
For Germany, Austria and Switzerland – including country-specific information on VAT, UID, RKSV and QR invoices.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The data in your CATAMA instance belongs to your business, not to us: you retain sole authority and ownership of all customer-specific data. Back up your records before you cancel, using the built-in export tool – and let us know if you need support with that. 30 days after the end of the contract, all data and document images stored in your instance are permanently deleted; settings, configurations and master data entries cannot be restored afterwards. Compliance with commercial and tax law retention periods is solely your responsibility. Details are set out in the Terms and Conditions (sections IV and XV) and on the cancellation page.
