ISO/IEC 27001 Scope
Infrastructure, operation, and customer support of the data center parks in Nuremberg, Falkenstein, and Helsinki. Certified by SOCOTEC Certification Deutschland GmbH, valid from 27 Sep 2025 to 26 Sep 2028.
BSI C5:2020 Type 2
Unqualified C5 attestation against the BSI Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue, covering e.g. Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers, Managed Servers, Storage, Web Hosting, and Colocation. Auditor: WP Koehler GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (audit report of 17 Nov 2025, attestation dated 2 Mar 2026).
KRITIS · § 8a BSIG
The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) classifies Hetzner in Germany as an operator of critical services under the national KRITIS regulation. Hetzner is certified in accordance with § 8a BSIG.
EMAS
Hetzner’s German locations, including the Nuremberg and Falkenstein data centers, are validated under EMAS (EU eco-management scheme, EN ISO 14001:2015). Register no. DE-158-00156, valid until 21 July 2028.
