1) Explanation

3.1 CATAMA websites – general Whenever
a website or a file accessible via a browser program is requested, the following data is stored:

2. the date and time of the request,
3. the amount of data transferred,

This information is used to optimize the CATAMA websites and to log any attacks on our services via the Internet.

Data transmission and logging for system-internal and statistical purposes

3.2 CATAMA Websites – Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are filed and saved on a computer system via an Internet browser.

Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID, a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a character string through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. 3.3 CATAMA websites – registration
During registration for the CATAMA software via the website, the e-mail address and the name and company origin of the user are saved.
The 404MEDIA agency expressly points out that the e-mail addresses of all users who have not been deleted will be used to send messages to these users relating to the availability of our contractually guaranteed services; eg information on maintenance periods. Since this is information about the execution of the contract, it is not possible to unsubscribe from these communications. During registration for the CATAMA software, at least the following data from the mandatory fields are saved: 1. E-mail address of the user,
2. Name of the company,
3. First and last name of the user,
4. Postal code,
5. City,
6. Sector in which the company operates,
7. Legal form of the company.

3.4 CATAMA websites – contact form
The CATAMA websites contain the option of generally contacting or registering with the 404MEDIA agency.
At least the following data from the mandatory fields is saved: 1. E-mail address,
2. Contact person/company name,
3. Free text (only contact form),
4. Telephone number.

This data is used by the 404MEDIA agency to respond to requests. The data stored in individual cases corresponds to the fields specified in the forms and can therefore be seen directly from the forms. The data will only be passed on to third parties with the consent of the respective user.

3.5 CATAMA software Whenever
data is requested or stored, various actions can be performed on the server side to read, store and process the data before a transmission or response is sent to the user's computer.
The following data is stored as part of these actions: 1. the type of action to be carried out and all other actions automatically carried out in the CATAMA software as part of the execution,
2. the date and time of the start and end of all actions carried out,
3. the customer number used,
4. the login name used by the user,
5. the amount of data transferred both from the user's computer to the servers of 404MEDIA and vice versa,
6. the type and amount of data requested, but not the content,
7. the IP address of the computer retrieving the data.

This data is stored on the servers of the agency 404MEDIA for a maximum of one year and then deleted automatically or by employees. They are used for optimization, capacity planning, clarification of misuse and any errors that may occur in the CATAMA software (so-called bugs). In addition to the data mentioned above, all data entered directly by users of the CATAMA software will be stored on the servers of the 404MEDIA agency for the duration of the contractual relationship. This data is not used externally by the agency 404MEDIA but is only available to the author. Authorized users can request the deletion of all data entered in the CATAMA software in writing to the addresses listed under 2). The 404MEDIA agency expressly points out that in this case the 404MEDIA agency is unfortunately no longer able to execute the contract and there is no right to compensation or reimbursement of any payments already made for the execution of the contract.

The 404MEDIA agency maintains an internal customer database in which all relevant customer-related events and notes are stored.
This includes: 1. Customer number,
2. Company name,
3. Company address,
4. E-mail addresses of all users who have not been deleted,
5. Names of all users who have not been deleted,
6. Comments and notes on telephone calls,
7. Billing information.

This data is used to optimize customer support for the agency 404MEDIA on the part of support. This data will not be passed on to third parties. Users can request the deletion of this data in writing to the addresses listed under 2).

3.7 Extended use of data
The agency 404MEDIA is entitled to collect, process and use personal data as well as profile data and demographic data for the purpose of optimizing the CATAMA services after the user has given his/her consent to the "extended data processing". With the consent of the user, the 404MEDIA agency is not obliged to delete the usage data as soon as possible, i.e. immediately after the end of the respective use at the latest, but is entitled to store it. Consent is given by ticking the appropriate box. The consent given is logged and can be revoked by written request from the user to the addresses listed under 2).

4) Security
The individual CATAMA websites have implemented security features to protect against loss, misuse and manipulation of the data under our control. If the CATAMA websites are accessed with a commercially available browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Edge Browser, the connection between these browsers and CATAMA for pages on which the user can enter personal data is secured by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL ) technology protected. SSL uses both server authentication and data encryption to ensure, as far as technically possible, that data cannot be tampered with or intercepted by attackers. All CATAMA servers are operated in a certified data center in an environment protected by current technologies in order to prevent disruptions and intrusion attempts. The user must ensure that he always uses unique user names and secret passwords that are as complex as possible to access the CATAMA services. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data.

5) Google Maps
The website of 404MEDIA. uses Google Maps from Google Inc. to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Google Maps functions by visitors to the website.

7) Deletion of personal data

Right to erasure / right to be forgotten
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the legislator to demand that the person responsible delete the personal data concerning them immediately if one of the following reasons applies and if the processing does not is required:

– The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Art. 8 Para. 1 DS-GVO.

If one of the above reasons applies and a data subject requests the deletion of personal data stored at 404MEDIA. are stored, you can contact our data protection officer (see above) or another employee at any time, also directly to info[at]404media.de, who will arrange for the request for deletion to be complied with immediately.

Were the personal data collected from 404MEDIA. made public and our company, as the person responsible, is obliged to delete the personal data in accordance with Art. 17 Para. 1 DSGVO, 404MEDIA. taking into account the available technology and the implementation costs, appropriate measures, also of a technical nature, to inform other persons responsible for data processing who process the published personal data that the person concerned has requested the deletion of all links from these other persons responsible for data processing to this personal data or copies or replications of this personal data, insofar as the processing is not necessary. Right to restriction of processing
Any person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the legislature to require the person responsible to restrict the processing if one of the following conditions is met:
- The accuracy of the personal data is disputed by the person concerned , for a period enabling the person responsible to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

Right to data portability
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the legislator to receive the personal data concerning them, which the person concerned has provided to a person responsible, in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
