Bundle documents without losing the detail
Collective orders and collective invoices group what belongs together – and still keep every single document searchable and reportable.
Bundle purchase orders
Select the open orders of one supplier and combine them into a collective order with its own document number.
Clear in the order list
The collective order is labelled as such, and the individual orders it contains are grouped underneath it.
Status in one step
Set the collective order to “ordered” and every order it contains takes over the same status.
Collective invoice per customer
Select the open documents of a customer: CATAMA invoices them and assigns them to the collective invoice.
Clean figures
Payments are still posted on the individual invoices, so revenue and open items are never counted twice.
Your own wording
Set the intro and footer text of the collective invoice using the same templates as in the invoice editor.

One document for many jobs
Fleet and business customers quickly accumulate several jobs per month. Instead of sending every document on its own, you combine the open ones into a collective invoice: one dispatch, one total, one contact.
- Select the open documents of a customer
- Invoicing happens along the way
- Shared PDF containing all line items
- Dissolve the collective invoice at any time

Orders bundled for your supplier
Several small orders with the same supplier become one collective order. The supplier receives a single document, while your goods receipt still stays traceable per order.
- Pick the open orders of one supplier
- Separate document number for the collective order
- Collective PDF with all line items and totals
- Individual orders remain assigned
Collective documents in brief

Yes. They stay in place, are assigned to the collective document and can still be opened one by one.
How are payments posted on a collective invoice?
Payments stay on the individual invoices. The collective invoice serves the overview and the shared printout, so revenue and open items remain unambiguous.
Which documents can be combined?
For a collective invoice, the open customer documents of one customer. Quotations, purchase orders and vehicle purchases stay out – orders are bundled as a collective order in purchasing instead.
