The intelligent ordering system ensures the constant availability of spare parts and articles in your car workshop. Orders can be entered manually, directly when the order is created, or at any time - fully automatically if desired - based on defined minimum and maximum stocks. Of course, the CATAMA also informs you of minimum and maximum stocks that have been reached and automatically books orders in goods receipt to enable optimized warehouse utilization.

Orders are transmitted semi-automatically, e.g. by email, if requested and/or after approval, or fully automatically via the direct connection to your supplier's API (e.g. Stahlgruber, TopMotive, etc.) with a click. CATAMA links your order to the order for a better overview and lets you freely record the current status of the order.
The specific processes that suit you and your company can also be precisely defined in the ordering process. Orders can be sent through an approval process, submitted to the boss for approval before shipping, or sent to the supplier as a price request.
Store meta data such as delivery dates, external order numbers or order confirmations in the orders and let the system inform you if an order does not arrive in the notified period.
You can record and book incoming goods from deliveries with just a few clicks and thus keep your inventory in flow and economical.

The CATAMA has a fully-fledged incoming goods and inventory management system. Record incoming deliveries with just a few clicks and carry out inventory postings. You either book articles and goods from external deliveries manually in the system or let CATAMA do the job. The system then automatically books all items of your previously entered order. With one click!
The necessary inventory postings are noted chronologically in the history of the item and also grouped by delivery note number. At any time you can precisely understand when, in what quantity and under what conditions goods were purchased.
If desired, delivery notes for deliveries or goods receipts from suppliers can be filed directly with the transaction and thus archived efficiently. If you have purchased an item at special conditions, you can of course note this directly and – for example at the end of the year – have the average purchase price displayed on the inventory lists.
You can record inventories in CATAMA in no time at all. CATAMA offers you a dynamic fast entry mode for entering extensive bookings. Once activated, you can make inventory corrections by entering the article number – with the push of a button.
Optionally, you can also provide your items with a QR code. In this case, the stock evaluation and inventory recording is even more convenient, during the count, using your smartphone, mobile and directly on the shelf or at the article. No external barcode or QR code scanner is required.

You can archive invoices and credit notes for deliveries and goods receipts in CATAMA in just a few seconds. Select the document type and number, the amount, the due date and the supplier, save, done.
If desired, CATAMA reminds you of the timely payment of external invoices and enables you to find any receipt at any time using an intelligent full-text search.
If you wish, you can save the original receipt as a PDF for each entry. Thanks to the convenient export options including DATEV connection, you can export the receipts for any period at any time and, for example, send them to DATEV for billing.
