Is there a contract term?

We see ourselves as a strategic partner and service provider for our customers. Therefore, when purchasing CATAMA, you do not enter into a long-term shackle contract, but conclude an open-ended service contract, which you can terminate at any time with a notice period of 10 days to the end of the month.

Onsite setup and training?

The optionally bookable ``on-site setup and training`` gives you the best possible start in the world of CATAMA. We support you here with the setup and commissioning, directly at your site, give you an overview of all functions and train your employees on the system. Switching to a new generation of merchandise management has never been easier! We are happy to answer any questions you may have here at any time.

What does pay as you go mean?

CATAMA is sold on a pay-as-you-go basis. So you only pay for the product in the months and for the number of users who actually use the system. If you would like to use CATAMA with additional users in high-traffic months, you can easily create them. If these accounts are no longer required, switch them off again and the usage fees will no longer be calculated.

The set-up costs not only include the installation of your personal instance of CATAMA on our server, but also the creation of your required employee accounts, the entry of your business data and the creation of the document templates for invoices, offers and Co.
