In CATAMA you can create offers, order confirmations, invoices and delivery notes in no time at all. Credits as well as time and turnover evaluations are available to you with just a few clicks and in your own design, as are AW statistics and efficiency reports.
Receipts can be calculated directly in CATAMA, printed, saved as a PDF or sent to your customers by email. All with a few clicks and without having to leave the application.
Offers sent to a customer can be confirmed directly – with just two mouse clicks – and the order placed. CATAMA will of course inform you about the customer's order placement.
Easily convert confirmed offers into an order and send an order confirmation to the customer, if desired.

Store your customers' tires professionally with the modern CATAMA Tire Manager. You always have a complete overview of the inventory lists. CATAMA shows you the current utilization and inventories in a coordinate-based matrix at all times.
You can store or remove tires or sets of tires with a click and create appropriate documents for your customers. You link tire sets – with or without rims – to the customer and vehicle and store the current tread depth and other metadata as part of the documentation. With CATAMA your tire management and sales optimization will be as easy as it always should be!

Create a new workshop appointment with one click in the innovative calendar planning view - on the PC or tablet. Store information about the customer, vehicle and order volume in this.
Generate complete workshop orders from appointments with one click. Record the actual working times and part expenses in this. Use the fully integrated time recording to book working times specifically against the order and evaluate the planned and real effort against each other.
Finally, convert the order into an invoice and send it to your customer by e-mail – directly if you wish. All directly via the CATAMA Suite, all with just a few clicks.
