We apologize that our CATAMA Cloud platform did not meet your expectations. Of course, you can cancel your CATAMA instance at any time with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month. Please be sure to back up your data using our export tools before canceling. In accordance with our privacy policy and applicable GDPR laws, your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the end of the contract. Until then, you still have time to export your data.
