How does the 5-day trial period work?
After registering, you can test the full functionality of the CATAMA applications free of charge and without obligation for 5 days. After this period, you are free to decide whether you wish to continue using the applications for a fee. You do not need to cancel after the trial period; the CATAMA instance provided to you will be automatically deactivated and deleted.
What is the safety situation in CATAMA?
All data traffic is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in a secure, certified data center in Karlsruhe, Germany. No one has access to the data without your explicit, written consent. Furthermore, a backup is created and stored daily.
How do I access CATAMA?
You have access to your CATAMA instance at any time using a modern browser (Firefox or Chrome) and the internet. The application is available to you 24/7. We achieve an availability of over 99%. Routine, previously announced, and planned maintenance work is the exception. This is primarily carried out in the early night hours (in Germany).
