Release Notes for Version 26.17

Welcome to the release notes for version 26.17! The absolute highlight of this version is the new document management system (DMS) with unlimited, versioning, OCR text recognition, digital signatures, approvals, and retention policies. Additional features include Veloconnect API integration, a new damage view for vehicles, duplicate checking for customers, and numerous other functions.

    A complete document management system with the following features (Unlimited only):

    • Folder structure with access control (ACL) system
    • Document versioning and recycle bin
    • OCR text recognition (local and cloud)
    • Full-text search across all documents

    • Share links with password protection and expiration date

    New interface to the Veloconnect platform for electronic ordering from suppliers in the bicycle and two-wheeler sector.

    New "Damage" view in vehicle management to clearly document and view damage to vehicles.

  • Duplicate check on customer system

    When creating new customer accounts, the system now automatically checks whether a similar customer record already exists. This prevents duplicate entries.

  • Selling prices VK1-VK3 for AW

    Work orders now support sales price levels VK1 to VK3 for AW, enabling flexible use of different price lists.

  • EU warning for missing VAT ID for net vehicle sales

    When selling vehicles within the EU, a warning is now displayed if the customer's VAT ID is missing. This helps prevent tax errors (can be disabled in system settings)

  • Credit note ID linked in the invoice sidebar

    The corresponding credit note ID is now displayed directly linked in the sidebar of an invoice, allowing for quick navigation to the credit note.

  • Option to disable cancellation

    Invoices can now optionally be protected from cancellation if this function is not desired for certain documents.

  • Automatically combine duplicate items

    If the same item is added to an order multiple times, the items are automatically grouped together and the quantity added (this can be disabled in system settings).

  • Default title for new calendar entries

    In the settings, a default title for new calendar entries can now be defined to speed up entry.

  • Offer selection in the data table

    Offers can now be selected and processed directly in the data table.

  • Phone numbers: Automatic conversion for CH, IT and AT

    Phone numbers are now automatically converted to the correct international format if the customer is from Switzerland, Italy or Austria.

  • Mandatory field definition: EK and EK date for vehicle setup

    In the settings, it is now possible to specify that purchase price and purchase date are mandatory fields when creating a vehicle.

  • Blocked display for customer vehicles

    If a customer is blocked, this will now also be displayed for their vehicles to avoid unintentional orders.
