Welcome to the release notes for version 26.16! The highlights of this version are the new tagging system for documents, extended views and filters in vehicle management, a branch manager (beta), order book extensions with export, and a new inline editor for time tracking.

Document tagging system
Invoices, quotes, order confirmations, and credit notes can now be tagged with user-defined tags. Tags enable flexible categorization and quick filtering of documents. Tagging can be activated in the settings.

Vehicle Management: New Views and Filters
The vehicle management system has been expanded with new list views. Vehicles can now be filtered by manufacturer and year of manufacture. Additionally, the customer group is now included in the CSV export.

Mileage at completion
The invoice editor now allows you to enter the mileage upon completion. The selling price in the vehicle master data is automatically updated upon sale.

Branch Manager (Beta)
New module for managing branches with expanded configuration options. Branch and license names are also displayed in the calendar.

Order book: Collection and delivery lists with export (Trailer dispatch edition only)
The order book has been expanded to include separate pickup and delivery lists. All lists can be exported as XLS files to facilitate logistics planning.

Time tracking: Inline editor for administrators
Administrators can now edit time tracking entries directly inline within the evaluation overview, without having to open the details dialog. This significantly speeds up corrections.
