You can manage your sources of supply centrally via the supplier and manufacturer lists. Through the goods receipt module, you can record new deliveries, adjust warehouse stock levels, maintain a history of your recorded goods receipts via the goods receipt book, and store and archive incoming invoices on the accounts payable list.
Furthermore, the inventory management system actively supports you in targeted planning. You can define minimum and maximum stock levels, storage locations, and, if applicable, product photos. The ability to import products via parts lists (e.g., Öhlins) also simplifies product creation. In the CATAMA Enterprise version, direct integration with your suppliers via interfaces is also possible.
Warehousing handles the storage and management of your inventory and material movements, tracking both value and quantity. Warehouse management can be implemented with any number of storage locations.
The item overview displays your labor values and items clearly and in a structured manner. Detailed item and price information can be stored at the item level. The professional labor value and item management system allows you to add surcharges and discounts at various levels.
A bidirectional interface to the online shop system Prestashop allows you to keep offers, items, orders, invoices, deliveries and much more synchronized between CATAMA and the webshop system.

New orders are automatically imported into CATAMA as sales orders, and customer data is synchronized. With just a few clicks, you can publish your items in your online store directly from within CATAMA.

The customer vehicle manager lets you keep track of your customers' vehicles. Send automatic reminders via SMS or email for upcoming MOT or service appointments. Use the convenient workshop planner to directly enter customer and vehicle information for appointments and then assign the appointment to a team or mechanic.
