Warehousing handles the storage and management of your inventory and material movements, tracking both value and quantity. Warehouse management can handle and manage any number of storage locations.
The inventory overview provides a daily updated summary of your labor values and items. Detailed item and price information can be stored at the item level. The professional labor value and item management system allows you to add surcharges and discounts at various levels and, if necessary, record special conditions within the system.

You manage your sources of supply centrally via the supplier and manufacturer lists goods receipt , you record new deliveries, adjust warehouse stock levels, always have a history of your goods receipt postings via the goods receipt book, and store and archive incoming invoices on the accounts payable list.
the inventory management system actively supports you in targeted planning. You can define minimum and maximum stock levels, storage locations, and product photos. The ability to import products via parts lists (e.g., Öhlins , Palfinger , Stahlgruber , etc.) also simplifies product creation. With CATAMA, you integrate your online store directly into your processes. Store your items and products in the system via the inventory management module. Transfer any items to your online store ( PrestaShop , WooCommerce , Shopware ) with a single click. All metadata, such as price, description, and photos, as well as inventory data, are transferred automatically and kept synchronized.
Import orders from the shop directly into CATAMA and process them there. Generate invoices and delivery notes and mark the order as shipped.
