Thanks to the intelligent status tracking of appointments, you always maintain an overview of the progress of your work. If desired, you can also assign appointments directly to an employee. This allows you to log their actual working time – directly on the order – and compare the calculated against the actual effort required for invoicing. Modern planning, economical and efficient.

In addition to traditional time tracking via a digital time clock, CATAMA also offers functions for directly linking time to specific jobs. Simply assign a job to an employee via the workshop calendar . The employee can then clock in and out on the job, logging their time. You can later analyze these recorded times against the number of work units (AWs) sold.

Work on an order can be marked as completed by the mechanic. Upon request, the workshop manager will then be notified immediately. Naturally, the status of the current order processing is also recorded in the calendar and displayed as a color indicator in the order list.

Recorded times can be subsequently compared against the original plan, thus making working time more efficient. Target working hours and target work values ​​(target AWs) can be defined for employees. This combination of workshop planning and target definition provides you with a real-time overview of each mechanic's current workload in CATAMA, enabling efficient planning.
