What is the automatic appointment reminder?
The automatic appointment reminder is a service that automatically notifies you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a reminder via email, SMS, or both – depending on your settings.
How does it work?
Automatic dispatch: The reminder will be sent automatically the day before your appointment. By default, it is sent at 6:00 PM, so you will receive the reminder the evening before your appointment.
Delivery channels: You will receive the notification via one or more of the following channels:
- Email: A detailed email with all the important information
- SMS: A short text message to your mobile phone (if a mobile number is on file)
- Both: Email and SMS for maximum security
What is remembered?
The appointment reminder contains all the important information you need:
- Personalized message: The message is individually tailored to you.
- Appointment details: The exact date and time of your appointment
- Appointment title: What the appointment is about
- Location: The full address of our location
- Google Maps Link: A direct link to directions via Google Maps
- Service telephone number: A contact number for inquiries or appointment changes.
