Calendar appointment slot search (NEW)
The calendar now features a new function for intelligently searching for available appointment slots. The system helps users quickly find available time slots for new appointments, automatically taking into account already booked appointments, resources, and staff availability. The entire scheduling system has been fundamentally redesigned.
Outstanding items: Overview revised
The overview of outstanding items has been completely redesigned. The presentation is now clearer, performance has been significantly improved through optimized database queries, and navigation has been simplified.
Vehicle inspection report
A new vehicle inspection report (Front Desk Support) is available, specifically developed for Ramstein, which enables structured documentation of the vehicle's condition.
New down payment type “deposit” for trade
For down payments, the new payment method "deposit" is now available to record deposit payments separately.
Credit improvements
- Support for third-party vehicle IDs in credit notes
- Icon indicators for email status, locked status, and print status
- Email history for credit notes corrected
Profit report PDF expanded
The profit report as a PDF now also takes outstanding amounts into account in the evaluation.
Improved Repdoc import
The import of Repdoc data has been optimized for work orders (AWs) and now also supports HSN/TSN without a slash as well as correct type assignment.
CRM: Appointment filter in customer record
All appointments are now loaded into the CRM customer record and can be filtered, providing a better overview of the customer history.
