Is there a contract term?

We see ourselves as a strategic partner and service provider to our customers. Therefore, when you purchase CATAMA, you are not entering into a restrictive contract with long terms, but rather a permanent service agreement that you can terminate at any time with 10 days' notice to the end of the month.

On-site setup and training?

The optional on-site setup and training ensures you get off to the best possible start with CATAMA. We support you with the setup and commissioning directly at your location, provide an overview of all functions, and train your employees on the system. Switching to a new generation of inventory management has never been easier! We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

What does pay-as-you-go mean?

CATAMA is sold on a pay-as-you-go basis. You only pay for the product in the months and for the number of users who actually use the system. If you want to use CATAMA with additional users during peak months, you can easily create them. When these accounts are no longer needed, simply deactivate them and you will no longer be charged usage fees.

The setup costs therefore include not only the installation of your personal CATAMA instance on our server, but also the creation of your required employee accounts, the entry of your business data, and the generation of document templates for invoices, quotes, and more.
