Welcome to the release notes for version 26.7! This version brings numerous new features related to time tracking, appointment reminders, spare parts integration, and reporting, making your daily work more efficient.

Flexible working time models
Working hours can now be defined as static or variable, every other week or every month. This allows for different shift and working time models to be individually tailored for each employee.

Minimum working time before break deduction
In the settings, a minimum working time per day can now be set before the automatic break deduction takes effect in time tracking. This ensures that short working days are correctly calculated without break deductions.

Configurable weekend days
In the settings, you can now specify which days should be displayed as the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday). The calendar system will automatically adjust to this configuration.

Digital GDPR signature with automatic customer database update
If the GDPR declaration is signed digitally, the customer database is automatically updated. Additionally, an icon is displayed in the invoice list when a work order has been digitally signed.

Appointment reminders via SMS and email
The appointment reminders have been completely redesigned and now support both SMS and email notifications. SMS messages are only sent to contacts with a valid phone number.

Spryng SMS provider
Spryng can now be configured as the new SMS provider. The SMS route can be conveniently set in the settings.

Kawasaki spare parts list
New integration of the Kawasaki spare parts list. Parts can be retrieved directly via the supplier and manufacturer management system and added to orders.

PartsLink Alpha support
The spare parts search has been extended to include the PartsLink Alpha interface, making it faster and more efficient to find spare parts.

Combined reporting: Vehicle sales and purchases
A new reporting module displays vehicle sales and purchases in a combined list, giving you a quick overview of all vehicle transactions.

Customer contact details in the calendar
The calendar now displays the customer's mobile phone number and email address directly next to their appointment. This gives you the most important contact information at a glance.

Export of inactive and deleted customers
A new export option for inactive or deleted customers is now available in the CRM, e.g. for data cleansing or evaluations.

Tire manager: Direct storage after removal
In the tire manager, it is now possible to directly restock tires after they have been removed, without having to go through the overview.
