Search for available time slots in the calendar (NEW)
The calendar now includes a new feature for intelligently searching for available time slots. The system helps you quickly find available time slots for new appointments, automatically taking into account existing appointments, resources, and employee availability. The scheduling system has undergone a complete overhaul.
Open Items: Overview Revised
The overview of open items has been completely redesigned. The layout is now clearer, performance has been significantly improved through optimized database queries, and navigation has been simplified.
Vehicle Inspection Report
A new vehicle inspection report (Front Desk Support) is now available; it was developed specifically for Ramstein and enables structured documentation of the vehicle's condition.
New deposit type: "Security Deposit" for Retail
A new payment method called "Deposit" is now available for down payments, allowing you to record deposit payments separately.
Credit Note Improvements
- Support for third-party vehicle IDs for credit notes
- Icon indicators for email status, locked status, and print status
- Email history for credit memos corrected
Earnings Report PDF Updated
The profit report in PDF format now includes outstanding amounts in its analysis.
Repdoc Import Improved
The import of Repdoc data has been optimized for work orders (WOs) and now also supports HSN/TSN codes without slashes, as well as correct type mapping.
CRM: Appointment filter in the customer record
All appointments are now loaded into the CRM customer record and can be filtered, providing a better overview of the customer's history.
