With CATAMA, you can create credit memos and invoice adjustments in no time. Just select the customer, the item, and the desired settlement method—and you're done.

You can credit these amounts to the respective customer account as a refund or credit balance and apply them to a future order.
Of course, you can convert orders and invoices into credit memos with a single click. All—or selected—order items will then be automatically credited, and the corresponding documents will be generated.
CATAMA automatically updates your inventory levels for you, both during order processing and when generating credit memos. This ensures that your inventory is always up to date.
If an error does happen to slip into the inventory system, you can correct it manually at any time using the inventory posting function.
