• Calendar: Custom Statuses & Colors

  Calendar statuses can now be customized and assigned your own
  colors. This allows you to visually distinguish appointments based on your own categories

  New report for slow-moving/stock-piling items. Displays items
  that haven't sold in a long time—ideal for inventory optimization.

• Customer Notification Upon Order Completion

  Customers can be automatically notified via email or text message
  when their order is complete. The message template is customizable.

• Order Acceptance Template (Acceptance Form)

  New document template for workshop order intake.
  The intake form documents the vehicle's condition at the time of drop-off
  and can be provided to the customer.

• Cross-Store Vehicle View

  The main branch can now view all vehicles from all branches and
  affiliated locations in a consolidated view—
  for a comprehensive overview of the group’s fleet.

  In the settings, you can now set a default photo for vehicles in stock
  as well as a default description for MobileDE listings.

  The customer search has been enhanced with a context search that
  displays additional relevant information about the customer.

  Terms and Conditions can now be uploaded and managed centrally as PDF files.
  The PDF is automatically attached to relevant documents.

• Cancellation only on the same day

  New option: Invoices can only be canceled on the day they are created
  . After midnight, cancellation is no longer
  possible.
