The intelligent ordering system ensures that spare parts and supplies are always available at your auto repair shop. Orders can be entered manually, directly during the order creation process, or generated at any time—fully automatically, if desired—based on defined minimum and maximum stock levels. Of course, CATAMA also alerts you when minimum and maximum stock levels are reached and automatically posts orders to the goods receipt to enable optimized warehouse utilization.

Orders are transmitted—upon request and/or after approval—either semi-automatically (e.g., via email) or fully automatically with a single click through a direct connection to your supplier’s API (e.g., Stahlgruber, TopMotive, etc.). CATAMA links your order to the job for better overview and allows you to freely enter the current status of the order.
You can also define the specific workflows within the ordering system that best suit you and your business. For example, orders can be routed through an approval process, submitted to the manager for approval before shipping, or sent to the supplier as a price inquiry.
Enter metadata such as delivery dates, external order numbers, or order confirmations in the orders, and have the system notify you if an order does not arrive within the specified time frame.
You can record and post incoming goods from deliveries with just a few clicks, keeping your inventory up to date and within budget.

Goods Receiving and Inventory
CATAMA offers comprehensive goods receipt and inventory management. Record incoming shipments and post inventory transactions with just a few clicks. You can either manually enter items and goods from external shipments into the system or let CATAMA handle it for you. The system will then automatically post all items from your previously entered purchase order—with just one click!
The necessary inventory transactions are recorded chronologically in the item's history and are also grouped by delivery note number. This allows you to track precisely, at any time, when, in what quantities, and under what terms and conditions purchases were made.
If desired, you can attach delivery notes for shipments or goods received from suppliers directly to the transaction, allowing you to archive them efficiently. If you have purchased an item at special rates, you can of course note this directly and—for example, at the end of the year—have the average cost price displayed on the inventory lists.
You can enter inventory counts in CATAMA in no time at all. CATAMA offers a dynamic quick-entry mode for recording larger transactions. Once activated, you can make inventory adjustments simply by entering the item number—with the press of a button.
Optionally, you can also add a QR code to your items. In this case, stock analysis and inventory counting become even more convenient: you can do them on the go using your smartphone, right at the shelf or next to the item. No external barcode or QR code scanner is required.

Document Entry and Archiving
You can archive invoices and credit memos for deliveries and goods receipts in CATAMA in just a few seconds. Select the document type and number, the amount, the due date, and the supplier; save, and you’re done.
Upon request, CATAMA will remind you to pay external invoices on time and allows you to locate any document at any time using an intelligent full-text search.
For each entry, you can save the original receipt as a PDF if desired. Thanks to the convenient export options, including DATEV integration, you can export receipts for any time period at any time and, for example, send them to DATEV for processing.
