How does the 5-day trial period work?
After registering, you can test all CATAMA applications for 5 days at no cost and with no obligation. After this period, you are free to decide whether you would like to continue using the applications for a fee. You do not need to cancel your subscription at the end of the trial period; the CATAMA instance provided to you will be automatically deactivated and deleted.
What is the security situation like in CATAMA?
All data traffic is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in a secure, certified data center in Karlsruhe, Germany. No one has access to the data without your express written consent. In addition, a backup is created and stored daily.
How do I access CATAMA?
You can access your CATAMA instance at any time using a modern browser (Firefox or Chrome) and an internet connection. The application is available to you 24/7. We maintain an uptime of over 99%. Routine, pre-announced, and scheduled maintenance is the exception. This is primarily carried out in the early hours of the night (Germany).
