With the powerful & modern CATAMA Cloud Kfz Invoice you can manage your items & work units, orders & inventory, vehicles & your online shop efficiently and centrally. You can manage your sources of supply in a central location using the supplier and manufacturer lists. You post new deliveries via the goods receipt, correct the stocks in the warehouse, always have a history of your posted goods receipts via the goods receipt ledger and store and archive incoming invoices on the list of payables.
When creating documents, the Kfz invoice offers you numerous options. Save invoices as neutral cash sales, e.g. as customer receipts for sales in your shop. Create invoices with and without a fixed customer base or generate sales tax-free orders for sales abroad. You can also have a delivery note generated for each invoice.
The CATAMA Kfz invoice clearly lists sales from cash sales in the cash book. You keep an eye on accounts payable from deliveries and services as well as open items. Upon request, CATAMA will automatically send payment reminders for overdue invoices.
If your customer wants to return his goods, you can convert an invoice into a credit note with a click. You can also choose whether the credit should be paid out or credited to the customer account.
