In addition to standard contact management, CATAMA also allows you to create records for suppliers and manufacturers. Manage master data and contacts. Store parts lists and import items directly from them into inventory.
Create items and orders, link them to manufacturers and suppliers, and keep track of upcoming deliveries and open items. Upload any documents, such as terms and conditions or other relevant documents.
Enter incoming documents such as invoices and credit memos for deliveries, and post goods receipts. If desired, generate automated purchase orders and send them out. Coordinating orders has rarely been easier.
