Invoices can be calculated, printed, saved as PDFs, or emailed to your customers directly within CATAMA. All of this can be done with just a few clicks, without having to leave the application.
Quotes sent to a customer can be confirmed directly by the customer—with just two clicks—thereby placing the order. CATAMA will, of course, notify you when the customer places the order.
