The Repdoc interface integrated into CATAMA allows repair shops to transfer the shopping cart from Repdoc directly into a work order. Items, replacement parts, and labor rates are automatically imported into the CATAMA software, eliminating the need for manual entry and significantly speeding up the workflow.

Workflow when using the RepDoc interface
- The customer or reviewer creates a shopping cart in RepDoc with the desired items and labor items.
- In CATAMA, the user selects the “Import from RepDoc” option in the order or during quote creation.
- The interface connects to Repdoc and displays the available shopping cart.
- The user confirms the import; items and labor values are transferred to the order.
- The order can then be further processed, approved, or printed.

Setup and Configuration
Setup includes:
- Entering the Repdoc API credentials in the CATAMA system settings
- Defining the default import rules (e.g., price override, quantity preservation)
Security and Data Protection
Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). Login credentials are stored in an encrypted format in CATAMA. All imports are logged to enable tracking of changes and access. Personal customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection guidelines.
