- The customer/inspector creates a shopping cart in Repdoc with the desired items and work positions.
- In CATAMA, the user selects the "Import Repdoc" option in the order or quotation creation process.
- The interface connects to Repdoc and displays the available shopping cart.
- The user confirms the import; items and labor values are transferred to the order.
- The order can be further processed, released, or printed.

Setup and configuration
The facility includes:
- Enter the Repdoc API access data in the CATAMA system settings

Security and data protection aspects
Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS). Access data is stored encrypted in CATAMA. All imports are logged to track changes and access. Personal customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
