CATAMA offers you a wide range of options for creating documents. Save invoices as neutral cash sales—for example, as customer receipts for in-store sales. Create invoices with or without a fixed customer base, or generate orders without sales tax for international sales. You can also generate a delivery note for each invoice.

CATAMA clearly lists cash sales in the cash book. You can keep track of accounts payable as well as open items. Upon request, CATAMA automatically sends payment reminders for overdue invoices.

If your customer wants to return their merchandise, you can convert an invoice into a credit note with a single click. You can also choose whether the credit should be paid out or credited to the customer's account.

At the end of the year, CATAMA’s inventory mode also allows you to generate and print inventory lists for any specific date.

With CATAMA, you can create professional quotes using your own custom design. You can calculate, print, save as a PDF, or email quotes directly from CATAMA. All of this can be done with just a few clicks, without having to leave the application.

Quotes sent to a customer can be confirmed directly by the customer—with just two clicks—thereby placing the order with you.

CATAMA will, of course, notify you immediately when the customer places an order. You can then easily convert the quote into an order and, if desired, send an order confirmation to the customer—all directly from within the application.
