If you have not received any access data after 48 hours, write to us and please check your e-mail SPAM folder.

You can then test the application for 5 days free of charge and without any obligation. After the trial period has expired, you can convert your access to a paid account or let it expire. A termination is not necessary.

How does the 5-day trial period work?

After registering, you can test the CATAMA applications to the full extent for 5 days free of charge and without obligation. After this time, you are free to continue using the applications for a fee. You do not have to cancel after the trial period has expired, the CATAMA instance provided to you will be automatically deactivated and deleted.

What about safety in CATAMA?

All data traffic is encrypted and stored in a secure, certified data center in Karlsruhe/Germany. No one has access to the data without your express written consent. A backup is also created and saved daily.

How is CATAMA accessed?

You can access your CATAMA instance at any time using a modern browser (Firefox or Chrome) and the Internet. The application is available to you 24 hours a day, every day. We achieve an availability of more than 99+%. Routine, previously announced and planned maintenance work is the exception. This is mainly carried out in the early hours of the night (Germany).
