Global QR/Barcode Scanner (NEW)
The system now includes a global QR and barcode scanner. There is no longer any need to manually click in search fields—scans are automatically recognized and processed. This feature is available system-wide.
New fields for invoices and quotes (NEW)
Two new optional fields are available for the invoice and quote editor:
- Time spent in the shop: Records the planned or actual duration of the stay
- Header text: Allows you to add custom text above the items
In addition, the "Next Service" can now be entered and saved directly when creating an invoice.
New units of measurement
Two new units are available for line items: ZE (time unit) and MP (material flat rate).
Task Management: Filter by User
In the Tasks Manager, you can now filter by user to view only your own tasks or those of specific employees.
Calendar Improvements
- New automatic "Canceled" status for appointments whose associated order has been canceled—the appointment remains visible in the calendar but is marked as canceled and removed from the workshop schedule
- Bug fix for drag-and-drop: The recalculation of appointment duration now works correctly
- Improvements to linking customers and vehicles in the calendar
- Fix for the "Add to Order" and "+Order" functions
Vehicle status "Reversed" (NEW)
A new status, "Reversed," is now available for vehicles to flag reversed sales accordingly.
Vacation Management for 2026 and 2027
The vacation options for 2026 have been added to the user settings.
Country can be hidden on documents
Optionally, the country in the customer address can be hidden on documents. For customers in Germany, it is hidden by default.
New confirmation toast messages
Actions are now confirmed with modern toast notifications, which provide better visual feedback.
CRM: Mileage in document history
In the CRM, the mileage for each document is now also displayed in the document history.
SilverDAT API expanded
The DAT SilverDAT interface has been enhanced with a configuration option for the manufacturer code level.
