What is the automatic appointment reminder?
The automatic appointment reminder is a service that automatically notifies you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a reminder via email, text message, or both—depending on how we have set up your account.
How does it work?
Automatic sending: The reminder is sent automatically the day before your appointment. By default, it is sent at 6:00 p.m., so you will receive the reminder the evening before your appointment.
Delivery channels: You will receive the notification via one or more of the following channels:
- Email: A detailed email containing all the important information
- SMS: A short text message sent to your cell phone (if a cell phone number is on file)
- Both: Email and text messages for maximum security
What is stored in our memory?
The appointment reminder includes all the important information you need:
- Personalized message: This message is tailored specifically to you
- Appointment details: The exact date and time of your appointment
- Appointment Title: What the appointment is about
- Location: The full address of our location
- Google Maps Link: A direct link to directions via Google Maps
- Service phone number: A contact number for inquiries or to reschedule appointments
