• Glavista Auto Glass Interface

  New integration of the Glavista API for searching for and ordering automotive glass products. The interface can be configured in the settings and used directly from the product management module and the invoice editor.

• Microsoft OAuth Email Support

  Emails can now be sent via Microsoft 365 / Outlook using OAuth. Authentication is handled securely via the Microsoft OAuth protocol. This eliminates the need to use app passwords. The Support Desk module also supports the MS Office Connector.

• Forms Connector for Vehicles, Customers, and Invoices

  Forms can now be linked directly to vehicles, customers, and invoices. Dynamic data from the system is automatically populated in the forms (for Ultimate licenses)

• Checklists in work orders

  With the new [check]Using this syntax, inspection items and checklists can be created directly within the text descriptions of work orders. The checkboxes appear in the document as selectable items.

• Combined search in the parts list and inventory

  In the invoice editor, the parts list and inventory are now searched simultaneously. This significantly speeds up the product search process, as there is no longer a need to switch between the two sources.

• Automatically total scan counts

  If the same item is scanned multiple times in the order/invoice editor, the quantity is automatically totaled instead of creating a duplicate item.

• Quote Printing Option

  Quotes can now be printed as cost estimates if desired. This allows you to generate a quote flexibly as either a cost estimate or a traditional quote.

• DATEV: Configurable rounding difference account

  You can now set up an account for rounding differences for DATEV exports. Rounding differences are automatically detected and posted to the configured account.

• DATEV: Export incoming invoices and credit memos together

  Incoming invoices and credit memos can now be combined into a single export to streamline the accounting workflow.

• Store filter for profit report

  The profit report can now be filtered by store to allow for analysis by location.

• Mobile upload for CRM with comment, type, and date

  When uploading documents to the CRM via mobile, you can now specify a comment, file type, and upload date. This makes it easier to organize and document uploaded files.

  Work orders now support recurring items to ensure that external services are billed correctly.

• Modern design for calendar appointments and resources

  The calendar schedule and resource management have been updated to the new modern design. The layout is clearer and the interface is more intuitive.
