• Types of tasks and steps in the editor

  You can now assign and manage work types and work steps in the document editor. Work steps can be organized into categories and posted directly to invoices and work orders. Work types also have abbreviations for faster assignment. To use these, go to the "Planning" section in System Settings and enable the option "Work types for appointments?"

• Template Editor for Headers and Footers

  You can now create and manage text templates for headers and footers on invoices, order confirmations, and delivery notes. The templates can be easily inserted into the respective document with a single click.

  Invoice data can now be exported in ASCII format to facilitate transfer to external accounting systems.

• Vehicle Inventory: Reporting and Export

  The vehicle inventory module has been enhanced with comprehensive reporting and export features. Inventory entries, service records, and vehicle data can now be analyzed and exported.

• Order Data Synchronization via CRON

  A new CRON job automatically syncs invoice data (customer, vehicle, third-party vehicle) with the corresponding orders. This ensures that orders are always up to date.

• Digital signature for work orders

  Work orders can now be signed digitally by the customer, similar to the existing signature feature for delivery notes.

• Rotating work schedules in the calendar

  Rotating work schedules are now displayed correctly in the calendar. The display takes changing shift schedules into account and shows the current work hours for each day.
