The Repdoc interface integrated into CATAMA allows repair shops to transfer the shopping cart from Repdoc directly into a work order. Procedure for working with the repdoc interface

  1. The customer or inspector creates a shopping cart in Repdoc containing the desired items and work items.
  2. In CATAMA, the user selects the "Import Repdoc" option in the order or during the quotation process.
  3. The interface connects to Repdoc and displays the available shopping cart.
  4. The user confirms the import; the items and work values are transferred to the order.
  5. The order can be further processed, approved, or printed.

  • Entering Repdoc API credentials in the CATAMA system settings

Security and Privacy Considerations

Data is transmitted securely (HTTPS). Login credentials are stored securely in CATAMA. All imports are logged to enable tracking of changes and access. Personal customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection guidelines.
