Release Notes for Version 26.20

 

Welcome to the release notes for version 26.20!
This release introduces the HSN/TSN database for automatic vehicle assignment, the MobileDE data and photo viewer, the InterCars CSV import, extensive improvements to time tracking and CRM follow-up, and an archiving feature in the Support Desk.

New Features

  • HSN/TSN Database & Autofill

    New integrated HSN/TSN database with over 31,000 entries. When you enter the HSN/TSN code, vehicle data (manufacturer, model, type) is automatically populated. This saves time and reduces data entry errors.

  • MobileDE: Data & Photo Viewer

    Vehicles from MobileDE can now be viewed directly in the system using a data and photo viewer. In addition, branch assignment (branch support) is supported for MobileDE listings.

  • InterCars: CSV Import

    In addition to the API integration, InterCars product data can now also be imported via CSV file. The markup option allows for automatic price adjustments during import.

  • Hartje API: Markup & Order Transfer

    The Hartje interface has been enhanced with a mark-up option. Items from Hartje can now be added directly to orders and internal work orders.

  • Time Tracking: Filters & Cleaning

    Advanced filtering options have been added to the time tracking feature. New cleanup functions help organize and correct time entries. In addition, the linking of breaks to time entries has been improved.

  • CRM Follow-Up: Revised List

    The CRM follow-up list now features a clean, organized view with filtering options. Completed follow-ups can be managed and archived more easily.

  • Support Desk: Ticket Archive

    Tickets in the Support Desk can now be archived. Archived tickets are removed from the active list but remain accessible at any time.

  • Support Desk: Settings & Agent Management

    New settings section in the support desk with dedicated agent management for assigning and configuring support staff.

  • Calendar: Mobile Signature & Creation Info in Tooltip

    The calendar tooltip now displays the vehicle ID and the "Created on" date of the entry.

  • DATEV: Margin Taxation – Revenue Groups

    For the DATEV interface, separate revenue groups can now be configured for items subject to differential taxation.

Technical Notes

InterCars & Hartje

Valid API credentials are required to use the InterCars and Hartje interfaces. Configure these in the settings under the respective supplier section.
